·        Total team registration, will be two hours prior to the team’s first tournament game with the tournament director.

·        Game time is forfeit time.

·        Only those players whose names appear on the roster sheet may sit on the player’s bench, along with 2 other individuals (coaches, scorekeepers, trainers) for a maximum of 17 persons.

·        Home team wears light jerseys and is listed first in bracket pairings.  Home team sits to the left of the scorer’s table (facing the court) and warms up a minimum of 15 minutes in between games in front of opponent’s bench.

·        Individual medals will be awarded for first, second and third place finishers

TIME:

·        Games will be played in two 16 minute periods, with a 10-minute half-time and a 4 minute overtime period, if necessary.  Time in-between final regulation period and/or overtime periods is 60 seconds.

·        Stop clock on all dead ball whistles, except when lead exceeds 25 points or more.  Clock will return to normal if lead subsequently falls to 15 points or below.

·        Each team will get three full time-outs and two 20-second time-outs per regulation game.  These time-outs may be carried over to and through the regulation and overtime periods, if unused.  Each team will receive one full time-out per overtime period, which may be carried over to and through the overtime periods, if unused.  On full time-outs the horn will buzz after 30 seconds and again at 60 seconds.  On 20-second time-outs the horn will buzz after 15 seconds and again at 20 seconds.

·        Coaches have 30 seconds to replace a disqualified player.  Time starts at the official’s direction.

GENERAL COACHES INFORMATION:

·        Each coach is restricted to a coach's box, which begins at the baseline and extends 28 feet toward center court.

·        All bench personnel except the head coach must remain seated on the bench while the clock is running and the ball is live, except to react spontaneously to an outstanding play, immediately sitting down thereafter.  A head coach may leave his/her place on the bench, but must stay within the coaching box.

·        No one should be on the playing floor at any time other than the players, coaches or officials.  Only the players from the game currently in progress are allowed on the floor.  No shooting during time-outs or in between quarters or halves.  Teams playing the next game may only warm-up after the current game is completed.

·        No substitutions will be made after the first horn of the time-out, before the first shot of a two-shot foul or the first two shots of a three-shot foul.

·        The official scorer will record:
1.
    Field goals made
2.
